**What You'll Do**

As a Data Entry Analyst, your primary responsibilities will include:

* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in our HR Consistency database, including processing FBI fingerprints and investigating any data set issues.
* Collaborating with our HRIS and EC framework teams to ensure seamless integration and data exchange.
* Conducting high-level analyses, creating custom reports and dashboards, and normalizing all data used for HR Consistency.
* Working closely with clients and stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate delivery of results.
* Auditing completed Unique Mark Applications and checking for precision and any retransmitting of fingerprints to the TSA Clearinghouse.

**Favored Capabilities and Qualifications**

To succeed in this role, you will need:

* A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Computer Science, or Information Technology.
* Knowledge of modern software applications, including Microsoft Access and Excel.
* Experience with data analysis and reporting, including the ability to decipher large datasets and create meaningful reports.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
* Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
* Familiarity with the TSA Clearinghouse database and Criminal History Records Check (CHRC) applications.
