Key Responsibilities

• Foster deeply customized end-to-end email campaigns for customer segments vital to arenaflex's business in collaboration with key partner groups like Customer Insights and Data Science.
• Utilize our advanced in-house analytics capabilities to understand the impact of each touchpoint and maximize return on investment.
• Manage end-to-end channel performance and root cause diagnostics through analysis; develop strategic, data-driven solutions to complex business problems.
• Build, optimize, and refine triggered marketing email communications through collaboration with colleagues and key partner groups, including Creative, Data Science, Marketing Technology, and Engineering teams.
• Lead root cause investigations and leverage cross-functional relationships to quickly identify performance issues and recommended actions to implement.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A Bachelor's degree in Technical studies, Economics, Business, or other disciplines with a quantitative focus.
• 2+ years of experience, preferably in marketing, management consulting, startup/tech, finance, and/or strategy.
• Proficiency in data analysis and advanced Google Sheets/Excel use; passion for finding patterns in data; knowledge of SQL is a plus.
• Excellent analytical thinking and verbal and written communication skills - ability to distill and communicate complex ideas and influence senior-level and cross-functional partners.
• Ability to own and execute on solutions to complex problems independently.
