Key Responsibilities

  • Review and complete Enrichment Tasks as defined and trained by the client, ensuring high-quality standards and contributing to the quality control process.
  • Perform credentialing-related tasks, including application data entry, vendor resource verifications, and board certifications, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Follow up with various state boards and credentialing bodies for status updates and verifications, utilizing strong communication skills to ensure efficient and effective interactions.
  • Ensure the accuracy and quality of credentialing data in compliance with industry standards, utilizing online databases to cross-check details and verify information provided by third-party entities.
  • Perform additional duties and tasks as required by arenaflex, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.

Essential Qualifications

  • 6+ months of experience in a Data Entry or Customer Service-related role is a plus, with a strong foundation in data entry principles and practices.
  • Available to work 40 hours per week, with weekends off, and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with a focus on delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent command of the English language, with great written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to effectively interact with clients and team members.
  • Able to support a work-from-home setup, with a reliable internet connection (at least 15 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload) and a dedicated workspace.
