**Responsibilities**
As a Data Entry and Office Assistant at blithequark, you will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks, including:
### Data Entry & Management
* Accurately enter and update data into various systems, databases, or spreadsheets, ensuring data accuracy and integrity by reviewing and correcting data as needed.
* Organize and maintain electronic files for easy access and retrieval, ensuring that all documents are up-to-date and easily accessible.
* Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient data management processes.
### Administrative Support
* Assist in managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence, ensuring that all communication is timely and effective.
* Prepare and format documents, reports, and presentations as required, using Microsoft Office Suite and other office software.
* Support the team in daily office operations, including managing emails, phone calls, and customer inquiries, providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues promptly.
### Document Handling
* Process incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and faxes, ensuring that all documents are accurately received, processed, and stored.
* Scan, file, and store documents in a digital format, maintaining accurate records and ensuring easy access to all documents.
### Record Keeping
* Maintain up-to-date records for administrative and operational tasks, ensuring that all records are accurate and easily accessible.
* Support other departments with basic administrative needs as necessary, providing exceptional support and ensuring seamless operations.
### Communication
* Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient office operations, communicating effectively and providing regular updates.
* Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and other external stakeholders, providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues promptly.
### Other Duties
* Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A high school diploma or equivalent; an associate's or bachelor's degree is preferred.
* Proven experience in data entry, office administration, or a related field.
