**Job Summary**

We're seeking an experienced Data Entry Assistant to join our team on a full-time or part-time basis. As a Data Entry Assistant, you'll be responsible for collecting and entering data into our company's databases, while also providing exceptional customer service and support to our employees and clients. **Responsibilities**

As a Data Entry Assistant at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to work on a variety of tasks, including:

* Gathering invoices, statements, reports, personal details, documents, and information from employees, other departments, and clients
* Scanning through information to identify pertinent information and correcting errors
* Organizing information in a manner that optimizes swift and accurate capturing
* Creating accurate spreadsheets and entering information into relevant databases
* Ensuring data is backed up and stored in an organized manner for easy retrieval
* Informing relevant parties regarding errors encountered
* Handling additional duties from time to time, as required

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

* High school diploma or equivalent
* 1+ years' experience in a relevant field, such as data entry, customer service, or administration
* Good command of English, both written and verbal
* Excellent knowledge of MS Office Word and Excel
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees and clients
* Ability to concentrate for lengthy periods and perform accurately with adequate speed
* Proficient touch-typing skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

**Preferred Qualifications**

While not required, the following qualifications and skills would be an asset in this role:

* Experience with data entry software and systems
* Knowledge of database management principles and practices
