**Responsibilities**

As a Data Entry Assistant at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:

* Gathering and collecting information from various sources, including employees, departments, and clients, to ensure the accuracy and completeness of our databases.
* Scanning through information to identify pertinent details and correcting errors to optimize swift and accurate capturing.
* Creating accurate spreadsheets and entering information into relevant databases with precision and speed.
* Ensuring data is backed up and stored in an organized manner to facilitate easy retrieval.
* Informing relevant parties regarding errors encountered and taking corrective action to prevent future occurrences.
* Handling additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
* Collaborating with colleagues to achieve common goals and objectives.

**Requirements**

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

* High school diploma or equivalent.
* 1+ years' experience in a relevant field, such as data entry, administration, or customer service.
* Excellent command of English language, both written and verbal.
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel, with the ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with employees, clients, and colleagues in a professional and courteous manner.
* Ability to concentrate for lengthy periods and perform accurately with adequate speed.
* Proficient touch-typing skills, with a minimum of 40 words per minute.
* Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
