**Job Summary**

We're seeking an experienced Data Entry Associate to join our team and contribute to our mission. As a key member of our e-commerce operations team, you'll be responsible for managing our inventory, entering data into our Point of Sale (POS) system, and analyzing data to inform business decisions. **Responsibilities**

As a Data Entry Associate at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for the following key tasks:

* **Inventory Management**: Manage inventory for our single brick-and-mortar store and online store, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
* **Data Entry**: Enter data into our Lightspeed POS system, creating purchase orders as orders are written, confirmed, and received from the buyer.
* **Data Analysis**: Analyze data to inform business decisions, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
* **Inventory Editing**: Edit inventory on Shopify for our website, ensuring accurate and up-to-date product information.
* **Quality Control**: Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure data accuracy and integrity.

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

* **Shopify Experience**: Minimum of 3 years of experience working with Shopify, with a strong understanding of its features and functionality.
* **Data Entry Experience**: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a data entry role, with a strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately and efficiently.
* **E-commerce Experience**: Minimum of 3 years of experience in e-commerce, with a strong understanding of e-commerce principles and best practices.
* **Lightspeed Experience**: Experience with Lightspeed is a plus, but not required.
* **Data Analysis Skills**: Solid knowledge of data analysis and inventory management, with the ability to interpret data and inform business decisions.
* **Analytical Mind**: An analytical mind with strong attention to detail, ability to think critically, and solve problems effectively.
* **Organizational Skills**: Outstanding organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* **Communication Skills**: Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
* **Interpersonal Skills**: Excellent interpersonal and project management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.

**Compensation and Benefits**
