* Assisting with return mail operations, including triaging, identifying, and querying new address information for correspondence using a variety of internal and external resources and databases.
* Making outbound phone calls to members to verify address information.
* Utilizing multiple database programs and platforms to accurately and efficiently update member information.
* Providing exceptional customer service and communication skills to resolve member inquiries and concerns.

* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, adhering to data entry standards and quality control procedures.
**Qualification & Experience**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A High School Diploma or equivalent (GED).
* Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in data entry skills.
* Experience in call center operations, with a focus on clear communication, patience, and critical thinking.
* Medicare experience is highly desirable.
