**Responsibilities**
As an Experienced Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:
* Performing a variety of support functions to support the department, including data entry, report generation, and project assistance.
* Handling multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines.
* Assisting in compiling data, generating reports, and maintaining accurate records.
* Providing exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

**Required Skills & Experience**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A high school degree or equivalent.
* Proven experience as a data entry clerk, with a strong understanding of data entry principles and practices.
* Fast typing skills, with the ability to maintain accuracy and speed.
* Knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets, including MS Office Word, Excel, and other relevant software applications.
* Working knowledge of office equipment, computer hardware, and peripheral devices.
* Basic understanding of databases and data management principles.
* Good command of English, both oral and written, with excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Strong attention to detail, with the ability to identify and correct errors.
**Preferred Skills & Experience**
While not required, the following skills and experience are highly desirable:
* Knowledge of touch typing systems and techniques.

**Equipment Specifications**
To ensure success in this role, you will need to meet the following equipment specifications:
* Dual monitors, with the ability to have Teams/Outlook open simultaneously.
* A keyboard with a 10-key number pad.
* Windows 10 or 11 operating system.
* An ISP download speed of 25Mbps or higher.
* A minimum screen resolution of 1920 X 1080 (higher preferred).
* A laptop that can run an external monitor at the prescribed resolution (laptops are acceptable, but they must be able to run an external monitor).
* No Chromebook or MacBook.
* A web camera for Teams meetings.
* A headset or external speakers (if none built-in) for calls.
