**Job Summary**

As an Experienced Data Entry Clerk, you'll be responsible for performing daily reconciliation, trade, and transfer tasks for Alternate Investments. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You'll be working closely with our Retail and Institutional Service Teams, as well as external partners, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Process trade deal purchases in customer profiles and identify/address discrepancies between TD Ameritrade and fund companies/transfer agents
* Process Corporate Activity Activities, settle/reconcile transactions, and process/reconcile returns activity
* Analyze complex/escalated issues, test/validation of new innovation enhancements, and provider modifications
* Complete projects in Trading, Dividends, Transfers, Reconciliation, and Corporate Actions that directly impact the Client/Advisor profile
* Engage with Retail and Institutional Service Teams via email, phone, Slack, Overview, and Salesforce
* Collaborate with fund companies, transfer agents, opposite agencies, and other external business partners to ensure seamless communication and collaboration

**Duties Analysis**

* Review subscription deals or transfer requests
* Client/Advisor account exceptions
* Regulatory commitments (e.g., 2340 and 15C3-3)
* Reconciliation of Business, Dividend, and Transactions Breaks
* Reconciliation across BOS and Fund Companies
* Review and analysis of correct tax coding and corrections of income tax coding
* Trouble Addressing:
+ Internal/External system improvements or concerns
+ Root cause of breaks between TDA, the Fund, etc.
+ Providing method or innovation service alternatives to Management
+ Remediating transfer issues with the Fund or Opposite Firm
+ Client or Company Partner Service:
- Answering business partner inquiries concerning Fund details requirements/eligibility
- Providing follow-up on Substitute Expenditure moves to expedite the customer demand or remediate not neat issues
- Prompt and correct finalization of client investing and dividend demands

**Essential Qualifications**

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
* 1-2 years of experience in data entry, reconciliation, or a related field
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
* Experience with Salesforce and other CRM systems a plus

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Experience in the financial industry, particularly in Alternate Investments
* Knowledge of regulatory commitments (e.g., 2340 and 15C3-3)
* Experience with tax coding and corrections
* Familiarity with BOS and Fund Companies
* Experience with system improvements or concerns
* Strong understanding of client needs and expectations
