**Job Summary**
We're seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as part-time focus group panelists. As a focus group panelist, you'll have the opportunity to participate in a variety of studies, including national and local paid focus groups, clinical trials, and market research assignments. With the flexibility to work from home and choose from a range of online and in-person studies, this role is perfect for those looking to supplement their income or gain valuable experience in the field.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Participate in national and local paid focus groups, clinical trials, and market research assignments
* Complete written and oral instructions as provided by arenaflex
* Complete written surveys for each panel
* Use products and/or services provided, if applicable, and be prepared to discuss prior to meeting date
* Participate in online or in-person discussions as required
* Follow oral and written instructions as provided by arenaflex
**Qualifications**
* Must have either a smartphone with working camera or desktop/laptop with webcam
* Must have access to high-speed internet connection
* Desire to fully participate in one or several of the above topics
* Ability to read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions
* Customer service representative agent experience is not necessary
