**Job Summary**

We're seeking an experienced Data Entry Clerk and IT Help Desk Specialist to join our remote team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for account creation, claims online portal registration, and processing claims online portal tickets using ServiceNow and CyberArk. With a minimum of 10 tickets per day, you will also help manage the backlog and process new tickets that come through. **Key Responsibilities**

* Account creation using ServiceNow and CyberArk
* Claims online portal registration and processing
* Managing a minimum of 10 tickets per day
* Helping to manage the backlog and process new tickets

**Essential Qualifications**

* 2 years of account creation experience
* 2 years of customer service and IT help desk experience
* Healthcare experience
* Ability to learn quickly
