**What You'll Do**

As a Data Entry Clerk, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Recruiting area in identifying and contacting potential candidates for our searches. Your responsibilities will include:

* Supporting the Recruiting area in identifying and initial contact of potential candidates for our searches
* Proposing new alternatives to identify candidates
* Identifying opportunities for improvement in the current processes of the area
* Managing notices in different job portals with which we work and evaluating candidates that apply to them
* Identifying and analyzing professional profiles in job portals for the different searches we have open

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Data entry and management
* Candidate identification and contact
* Process improvement and optimization
* Job portal management and candidate evaluation
* Professional profile analysis and identification
