About the Role: Energy Services Data Entry Clerk
As a valued member of our team, you'll be responsible for maintaining organized and up-to-date digital files to support the day-to-day operations of our Energy Services Programs. Key Responsibilities:
- Input and maintain updated client status records in the Statewide Client Service Center, reflecting the current production pipeline.
- Monitor emails, log documents, and communications in the Monday.com platform upon receipt, ensuring seamless communication and data management.
- Follow program guidelines for the use of all required database systems, including Monday.com, CMS, CSG eConservation, HEARTWAP, LIHEAP, In Demand, etc., to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
- Maintain organized digital and paper participant files in accordance with program guidelines, ensuring compliance with agency and funder requirements.
- Collaborate with program staff to support, enhance, and promote communication and consistency in the delivery of services, fostering a culture of teamwork and excellence.
- Assist with various clerical duties, such as filing, mailings, phone coverage, etc., to ensure the smooth operation of the team.
- Maintain availability for remote work, attending meetings, calls, responding to emails, and conducting regular duties as needed, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
- Attend all required staff meetings, supervision, training, and contractual meetings, staying engaged and informed about team activities and goals.
- Participate in mandatory agency training and other relevant professional development activities, enhancing your skills and knowledge to drive personal and professional growth.
- Ensure strict confidentiality is maintained in all aspects of the role, upholding the trust and integrity of our organization.
- Perform related work as required, demonstrating a willingness to take on new challenges and contribute to the team's success.
Essential Qualifications and Skills:
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- An Associate degree or equivalent professional experience, providing a solid foundation for administrative and data entry tasks.
- Two years of experience in Human Service or a related field, or applicable work experience working with diverse individuals and families with low incomes, demonstrating an understanding of the community we serve.
- Additional appropriate education may be substituted for experience, or additional directly related experience may be substituted for education, allowing for flexibility and consideration of diverse backgrounds.
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred, as it enhances your ability to communicate with a broader range of clients and stakeholders.
