**Key Responsibilities**

As an Experienced Data Entry Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our data records. Your primary responsibilities will include:

* Entering customer and account data from source documents with precision and attention to detail
* Entering new SKUs and pricing in the system, ensuring seamless integration with our existing data
* Verifying the accuracy of data by cross-referencing with source material, maintaining the highest standards of data integrity
* Uploading documents and backup records in the Salesforce system, ensuring efficient data management
* Monitoring aging of accounts receivable, preparing invoices, and facilitating the collection process to drive business growth
* Reconciling Purchase Orders, ensuring accurate financial records and minimizing errors
* Conducting a hard count of product labels on a weekly basis, maintaining accurate inventory levels
* Providing administrative support, including answering phones, filing, and handling correspondence, to ensure seamless day-to-day operations

**Essential Qualifications**

To succeed as an Experienced Data Entry Coordinator at arenaflex, you'll need:

* A high school diploma or equivalent
* 1-2 years of related experience in data entry, administration, or a similar field
