**Job Summary**

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, proficiency with data entry software, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. As a Data Entry Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate data records, ensuring data integrity, and providing administrative support as needed.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Entering customer and account data from source documents
* Entering new SKUs and pricing in the system
* Verifying the accuracy of data by cross-referencing with source material
* Uploading documents/backup records in the Salesforce system
* Monitoring aging of accounts receivable, preparing invoices, and facilitating the collection process
* Reconciling Purchase Orders
* Conducting a hard count of product labels on a weekly basis
* Providing administrative support, including answering phones, filing, and handling correspondence

**Essential Qualifications**

* High school diploma or equivalent
* 1-2 years of related experience in data entry or a similar field
* Proficiency with data entry software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Access)
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
* Strong organizational and time management skills

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM systems
* Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
* Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
