**Job Summary**

As a Data Entry Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the seamless execution of our customer service operations. Your primary responsibilities will include:

* Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
* Accurately and efficiently processing customer data, including updating records and resolving issues
* Providing exceptional customer service, resolving complaints, and escalating complex issues to senior representatives
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer concerns and improve overall service quality
* Maintaining accurate records and reports, including data entry and analysis
* Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

**Key Responsibilities**

* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
* Process customer data accurately and efficiently, including updating records and resolving issues
* Provide exceptional customer service, resolving complaints and escalating complex issues to senior representatives
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns and improve overall service quality
* Maintain accurate records and reports, including data entry and analysis
* Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
* Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements

**Essential Qualifications**

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred
* Previous experience in data entry and/or customer service roles
* Strong typing skills with a high level of accuracy and speed
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
* Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies

**Preferred Qualifications**
