**Responsibilities**
As an Experienced Data Entry Operator / Data Collections Manager, you'll be responsible for:
* Accurately entering and managing data in our databases and data management systems, ensuring the highest level of accuracy and attention to detail.
* Overseeing the data collection process, ensuring compliance with company standards and best practices, and identifying areas for improvement.
* Analyzing and validating data to maintain data integrity and quality, using your analytical skills to evaluate and interpret data accurately.
* Preparing reports and summaries of collected data for management review, using your excellent communication skills to present findings and recommendations.
* Collaborating with team members to identify areas for data improvement and process optimization, and providing training and support on data management tools and practices.
* Monitoring data collection trends and metrics to ensure ongoing efficiency, and making recommendations for process improvements.

**Essential Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business administration, computer science, data management) preferred.
* Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator or in a data management role, with a strong understanding of data management principles and practices.
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data management software, with the ability to learn and adapt to new tools and systems.
* Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
* Strong analytical skills to evaluate and interpret data accurately, and effective communication skills to collaborate with remote teams.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn and adapt.
**Preferred Qualifications**
