**Job Summary**

We're seeking an experienced Data Entry Operator to join our team and play a critical role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our customer and account data. As a Data Entry Operator, you'll be responsible for collecting and entering data into our databases and computer systems, ensuring that all information is up-to-date, accurate, and useable. You'll work closely with our data team and Data Manager to achieve our goals and objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**

As a Data Entry Operator at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

* Entering customer and account data from source documents within time limits
* Compiling, verifying accuracy, and sorting information to prepare source data for computer entry
* Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities, and checking output
* Researching and obtaining further information for incomplete documents
* Scanning documents and printing files, when needed
* Keeping information confidential
* Responding to queries for information and accessing relevant files
* Complying with data integrity and security policies
* Ensuring proper use of office equipment and addressing any malfunctions

**Essential Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

* Proven data entry work experience, as a Data Entry Operator or Office Clerk
* Experience with MS Office and data programs
* Familiarity with administrative duties
* Experience using office equipment, like fax machines and scanners
* Typing speed and accuracy
* Excellent knowledge of correct spelling, grammar, and punctuation
* Attention to detail
* Confidentiality
* Organization skills, with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks
* High school diploma; additional computer training or certification will be an asset
