**Key Responsibilities:**

As a Data Entry Specialist for Alternate Investments, your primary responsibilities will include:

* Processing trade deal purchases in customer profiles and identifying/addressing breaks recognized between arenaflex and fund companies or transfer agents
* Processing Corporate Activity Activities, settling/reconciling transactions, and processing/reconciling returns activity
* Executing analysis of complex/escalated issues, testing/validation of new innovation enhancements, and provider modifications
* Completing projects in Trading, Dividends, Transfers, Reconciliation, and Corporate Actions that directly impact the Client/Advisor profile
* Engaging with Retail and Institutional Service Teams through email, phone, Slack, Overview, and Salesforce
* Interacting with and embodying arenaflex's values in daily connections with fund companies, transfer agents, opposite agencies, and other external business partners

**Duties Analysis:**

* Reviewing subscription deals or transfer requests
* Identifying and addressing Client/Advisor account exceptions
* Ensuring regulatory compliance (e.g., 2340 and 15C3-3)
* Reconciling Business, Dividend, and Transactions Breaks
* Reconciling across BOS and Fund Companies
* Reviewing and analyzing correct tax coding and corrections of income tax coding
* Troubleshooting internal/external system improvements or concerns
* Identifying root causes of breaks between arenaflex, the Fund, etc.
* Providing method or innovation service alternatives to Management
* Remediating transfer issues with the Fund or Opposite Firm
* Providing follow-up on Substitute Expenditure moves to expedite the customer demand or remediate not neat issues
* Prompt and accurate finalization of client investing and dividend demands

**Essential Qualifications:**

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
* 1-2 years of experience in data entry, customer service, or a related field
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
* Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems a plus
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills

**Preferred Qualifications:**

* Experience in the financial services industry, particularly in Alternate Investments
* Knowledge of regulatory requirements (e.g., 2340 and 15C3-3)
* Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
* Certification in data entry, customer service, or a related field
* Bilingual or multilingual skills a plus
