**Job Responsibilities**
As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for:
* Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of data entry tasks, including flight schedules, passenger information, and other relevant data
* Maintaining and updating databases and spreadsheets to ensure data consistency and integrity
* Providing exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Collaborating with the operations team to ensure seamless flight operations, including coordinating with airlines, airports, and other stakeholders
* Staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve processes and procedures
* Participating in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A high school diploma or equivalent
* 3 years of experience in a data entry or operations role, preferably in the airline industry
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
* Familiarity with airline operations and industry-specific software and systems
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Associate degree or higher in a related field, such as business administration or aviation
* Experience with airline operations software and systems, including EUROCONTROL IFPS, CFMU, and RAD
* Knowledge of ICAO NOTAM and government aeronautical dissemination
* FAA Flight Dispatcher permit or military equivalent
* Experience with data analysis and reporting
