**Job Summary**

We're looking for a highly skilled Data Entry Specialist to join our team on a full-time basis. As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for entering data into our systems, analyzing data to identify trends and insights, and providing recommendations to improve business processes. **Key Responsibilities**

* 30% Execute existing data entry and analytical tasks, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
* 20% Use data analysis tools to create new dashboards, reports, and ad-hoc requests
* 20% Ensure the quality of work output by demonstrating a keen attention to detail
* 20% Develop additional technical skills and subject matter expertise within the core functional team
* 10% Present findings in easily understood ways, focusing on how the data analysis fits into the overall plan

**Direct Supervisor/Direct Reports**

This position reports to a Supervisor and has no immediate reports.

**Travel Requirements**

This position requires occasional travel under 10% of the time.

**Physical Requirements**

Most time is spent sitting in a comfortable position, and there is continuous opportunity to move about. Occasionally, there may be a need to move or lift light objects.

**Working Conditions**

Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any adverse conditions would be rare and not hazardous.

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Work experience with SQL Server, Teradata, Prophet, or similar data set frameworks
* 2 years of work experience in data mining, statistical analysis, reviewing, and estimating
* Earlier direct involvement in investigating the relevant topic (e.g. Inventory network, Marketing, Activities, etc.)
* B.S. in Computer Science, Math, Engineering, Finance, or related quantitative field
