**Key Responsibilities**

As an Experienced Data Entry Specialist – CVS Operations, you will be responsible for:

* Managing CVS data entry operations in a work-from-home setting, ensuring accuracy and timely processing during night/day shifts
* Detailing on-site clinical and clinical reviews for all lines of business, including AHCCCS, DES, and DCS-CHP
* Conducting post-employment surveys with clinical and initiative staff to audit review results
* Helping to create remedial activity plans
* Creating review tools for all populations
* Tracking fulfillment of remedial activity plans
* Finishing information section on all review tools
* Participating in finishing bury rater reliability and scoring guidelines
* Participating in Quality Management (QM) meetings

**Essential Qualifications**

* Four-year degree in a related field (e.g., healthcare, social work)
* At least 2 years of experience in medical services or social wellbeing
* Ability to travel to suppliers' offices up to 80%
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with a high level of expertise in Excel
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining data integrity and confidentiality

**Preferred Qualifications**

* RN or LPN clinical record experience
* QM evaluating experience or case management experience
* High level of proficiency in data analysis and interpretation
