**Job Summary**

As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for managing CVS data entry operations in a work-from-home setting, ensuring accuracy and timely processing during night/day shifts. You'll work closely with our team to maintain data integrity and confidentiality, while providing comprehensive support in managing CVS databases remotely. **Key Responsibilities**

* Efficiently manage CVS data entry operations in a work-from-home setting, ensuring accuracy and timely processing during night/day shifts
* Detail-oriented and adaptable to fast-paced environments, with a commitment to maintaining data integrity and confidentiality
* Full-time availability for comprehensive support in managing CVS databases remotely
* Participate in the execution of Quality Management (QM) Work Plan exercises, including quality items and administrations
* Utilize estimation and investigation to process, assess, and make suggestions to meet QM targets
* Conduct on-site clinical and clinical reviews for all lines of business, including AHCCCS, DES, and DCS-CHP
* Conduct post-employment surveys with clinical and initiative staff to audit review results
* Help create remedial activity plans
* Create review tools for all populations
* Track fulfillment of remedial activity plans
* Complete information section on all review tools
* Participate in finishing bury rater reliability and scoring guidelines
* Participate in QM meetings

**Essential Qualifications**

* Four-year degree in a related field (e.g., healthcare, social work)
* At least 2 years of experience in medical services or social wellbeing
* Ability to work from home with a reliable internet connection
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong focus on Excel
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

**Preferred Qualifications**

* RN or LPN clinical record experience
* QM evaluating experience or case management experience
* High level of attention to detail
* Experience working in a fast-paced environment
