**Job Summary**

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in supporting our customer service team by accurately and efficiently processing customer inquiries, data entry, and other administrative tasks. This position requires a strong skillset in data entry, customer service, and communication, with a focus on delivering exceptional results in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Research and respond to telephone and written inquiries from customers in a prompt, accurate, and objective manner
* Accurately and efficiently process data entry tasks, including typing and data management
* Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Collaborate with the customer service team to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer issues
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including customer information and data entry records
* Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge

**Essential Qualifications**

* High School Diploma or GED (education verification is not required)
* 1 year of customer service experience in a health care or health insurance environment
* Experience evaluating customer situations, making decisions, and responding quickly to questions
* Data entry and/or typing experience
* Interpersonal, analytical, organizational, and independent decision-making skills
* Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills

**Preferred Qualifications**

* 1 year of customer service experience
* 6 months of data entry experience in an office environment
* Experience working with various lines of business, including CDHP, Medicare, Wellness, and Disease Management
* Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy
