As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our end-users, resolving technical issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems. **Key Responsibilities**

* Resolve and close tickets/work orders supporting end-user workstations and peripherals
* Answer client care issues raised from the Helpdesk
* Contribute to workstation projects (global installs/renovations) as a project team member
* Remotely resolve and resolve demands using remote tools
* Investigate and collaborate with other departments to assist with system-related issues
* Record client interactions in incident management software, including resource management
* Recover data from hard drives or perform data migration
* Maintain remote access for virtual private network (VPN) availability as well as remote/broadband network for workstations
* Install and configure local and network-based printers
* Perform preventive maintenance
* Work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required
* Follow management direction, complying with IT strategy and procedures
* Perform other duties as assigned
* Travel, as required

**What You'll Need for Success**

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Systems, or related field, or equivalent work experience and training
* 2 years of hands-on IT work experience supporting and resolving various PC workstation software and hardware issues
* First-hand experience supporting workstations in a Windows/TCPIP environment
* Preferred Qualifications:
+ A+ certification
+ MCSE/MCP certification
+ Past IT foundation experience in an aircraft/airport environment
* Essential Skills:
+ General knowledge of all Windows-based operating systems, including Windows 10
+ Knowledge of workflow and tagging systems
+ Knowledge of VPN networks and ability to troubleshoot issues
+ Ability to work independently and act in a collaborative, team-based environment
+ Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
