**Data Entry Specialist Role**

We're seeking an experienced Data Entry Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition Team and contribute to our mission of identifying and acquiring top talent from around the world. As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in supporting our recruiting efforts, identifying new opportunities, and analyzing professional profiles to find the best candidates for our searches.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Support the Recruiting area in identifying and initial contact of potential candidates for our searches
* Propose new alternatives to identify candidates and improve our current processes
* Manage job postings on various job portals and evaluate candidates who apply
* Identify and analyze professional profiles in job portals for our open searches
* Collaborate with our multicultural team to ensure seamless communication and project execution

* Proactivity and ability to work in a team-oriented environment
* Marked attention to detail in daily work, with a focus on accuracy and precision
* 1+ year of previous work experience (a plus, but not required)
* Advanced English language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with our global team
