**Job Responsibilities**
As a Data Entry Specialist – Client Support and Operations Agent, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer support and handling various operational tasks. Your key responsibilities will include:
* **Client Support**: Offer friendly and professional support to customers via phone, email, and chat, addressing their queries and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.
* **Data Entry**: Accurately and efficiently enter customer data, flight information, and other relevant details into our automated retail location framework, ensuring seamless operations and minimizing errors.
* **Operational Tasks**: Handle various operational tasks, such as tagging and registration, boarding, baggage handling, reservations, and resolving related issues and complaints.
* **Cash Handling**: Process payments, make change, and balance daily transactions, ensuring accurate and secure financial management.
* **Communication**: Respond to customer inquiries, provide information, and resolve issues via phone, email, and chat, maintaining a positive and professional tone.
* **Reporting**: Complete forms and reports as required, ensuring accurate and timely submission.
**Essential Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* **High School Diploma or Equivalent**: A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor's degree is not necessary.
* **Excellent Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
