**Job Summary**

As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for reviewing, correcting, and updating healthcare data to ensure its accuracy and integrity. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and collaboration skills. You'll work closely with our internal teams, including our data analysts, quality assurance specialists, and customer service representatives, to resolve issues and improve our systems.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Review and correct healthcare data to ensure its accuracy and integrity
* Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues and improve our systems
* Analyze and resolve discrepancies between different data sources
* Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy
* Provide excellent customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders
* Participate in quality assurance and quality control activities to ensure data accuracy and integrity
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data management and healthcare

**Essential Qualifications**

* 1-2 years of experience in data entry, analysis, or a related field
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Project
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
* Experience in healthcare or a related field preferred

**Preferred Qualifications**

* 2-5 years of experience in data entry, analysis, or a related field
* Experience with healthcare data management systems and software
* Certification in data analysis, quality assurance, or a related field
* Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements
