**Job Summary**
As an Experienced Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in supporting our operations by accurately and efficiently processing data. **Key Responsibilities**
* Research and respond to written inquiries in a prompt, accurate, and objective manner
* Utilize strong data entry and typing skills to process information efficiently
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and provide support
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases
* Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity

**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree or 3 years of experience in provider network contracting, credentialing, or servicing in a health care or health insurance environment
* Experience in provider outreach, making decisions, and responding quickly to questions
* Data entry and/or typing experience
* Strong interpersonal, analytical, organizational, and independent decision-making skills
* Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
* Experience with Microsoft suite
* Detail-oriented
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree
* 5 years of experience in provider network contracting, credentialing, or servicing
* 6 months of data entry experience in an office environment
* Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy
**Skills and Competencies**
* Strong data entry and typing skills (at least 40 wpm)
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
