**Key Responsibilities:**

* Analyze and interpret data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
* Develop and implement data-driven solutions to support product development and customer satisfaction
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of data and product development
* Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal stakeholders
* Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports
* Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration

**Essential Qualifications:**

* 1 year of experience in data entry, product development, or a related field
* Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, marketing, or computer science
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new technologies and processes

**Preferred Qualifications:**

* Experience working in the airline or hospitality industry
* Strong knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools, such as Excel, Python, or R
* Experience with data-driven decision-making and product development
* Strong understanding of customer satisfaction and loyalty programs
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects

**Work Environment:**

This position operates in a professional workplace environment. The Data Entry Specialist will be required to use standard office equipment, including computers, telephones, photocopiers, and filing cabinets.
