**Job Summary**
As an Experienced Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a critical role in supporting our team's efforts to deliver high-quality results. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Eliciting and documenting business requirements from stakeholders
* Attending requirements workshops to communicate and discuss documented business requirements
* Documenting requirements, including user stories that are well-formed, traceable, and testable with defined acceptance criteria
* Creating test plans and test cases
* Organizing and maintaining the team backlog
**Responsibilities**
* Elicit and document business requirements from stakeholders, ensuring that all requirements are well-defined and testable
* Attend requirements workshops to communicate and discuss documented business requirements with stakeholders
* Document requirements, including user stories that are well-formed, traceable, and testable with defined acceptance criteria
* Create test plans and test cases to ensure that all requirements are thoroughly tested
* Organize and maintain the team backlog, ensuring that all tasks are prioritized and assigned to team members
* Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer experiences
**Qualifications**
* No prior programming knowledge is required for this role

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred
