**Job Description**
As a Data Entry Specialist with arenaflex, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including online data entry work, product and service evaluations, surveys, and other online jobs. You will be working independently, but as part of a team, to provide exceptional customer service to our numerous market research clients. Your professionalism, attention to detail, and ability to work on a personal computer in an independent yet skilled way will make you an indispensable part of our organization.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Execute various tasks such as online data entry work, product and service evaluations, surveys, and other online jobs
* Communicate and collaborate with our numerous market research clients
* Provide exceptional customer service through email and online ticket response systems
* Utilize best-answer templates in most interactions with clients
* Work independently, but as part of a team, to provide exceptional customer service
* Meet productivity and quality standards in a fast-paced environment
**Requirements**
* Computer proficiency, intermediate working ability level is minimum requirement
* Persistent work ethic, data-oriented, and self-motivated
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a proven ability to communicate with all levels of internal and external customers
* Willingness to learn and desire to grow and develop in our busy yet fun business

**Essential Qualifications**
