**Job Summary**
As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in maintaining the accuracy and efficiency of our databases. You'll be responsible for inputting, updating, and maintaining information with precision and attention to detail. **Key Responsibilities**
* Input, update, and maintain information in databases with precision and efficiency
* Monitor WAN links for stability and troubleshoot issues as needed
* Monitor routers, switches, and network appliances to ensure optimal performance
* Provision IP addresses, LAN/VLAN, and configure network settings as required
* Alert and log monitoring to ensure timely detection and resolution of issues
* Perform preventative health checks to identify potential issues before they become major problems
* Incident management to ensure prompt resolution of issues and minimize downtime
* Reporting to provide insights and recommendations for process improvements
* Administer security and IAM to ensure the integrity and confidentiality of our systems and data

**Requirements**
* High school diploma or GED
* Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder). No sponsorship available.
* Passion for technology and strong desire to learn technical skills
* Great communication skills, experience working directly with customers and clients
* Ability to thrive in a remote learning environment
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Associate's degree or higher in a related field
* Experience in data entry, IT, or a related field
* Familiarity with cloud, AI, machine learning, and other emerging technologies
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
