**The Role**

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in supporting our Recruiting area in identifying and contacting potential candidates for our searches. You'll be responsible for:

* Supporting the Recruiting area in the identification and initial contact of potential candidates for our searches
* Proposing new alternatives to identify candidates
* Identifying opportunities for improvement in the current processes of the area
* Managing the notices in the different job portals with which we work and evaluating the candidates that apply to them
* Identifying and analyzing professional profiles in job portals for the different searches we have open

**Key Responsibilities**

* Support the Recruiting area in identifying and contacting potential candidates for our searches
* Develop and implement new strategies for identifying candidates
* Analyze and improve current processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness
* Manage job portal notices and evaluate candidate applications
* Identify and analyze professional profiles in job portals for our searches

* 1 previous work experience (a plus)
* Advanced English level
