**Job Summary**

We're seeking a highly skilled Data Entry Specialist to join our remote team. As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for accurately processing customer information, facilitating auditing, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. **Responsibilities**

As a Data Entry Specialist with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

* Processing customer information with a minimum KPH of 6000
* Accurately completing tasks within timed deadlines
* Facilitating auditing of customer-generated file listings against box contents
* Coordinating with operations, customer services, and account management teams
* Escalating serious operational issues to the Data Entry Team Leader
* Carrying out duties deemed necessary by arenaflex management
* Ensuring full compliance with Sarbanes Oxley and other key operating standards
* Ensuring compliance with Health and Safety (including Fire and First Aid) & ISO standards, as well as arenaflex policies and procedures
* Processing client information from transmittal sheets and boxes and inputting data onto SKP or DCS
* Verifying customer records using the system
* Setting up DCS screens
* Transmitting data to customers
* Researching and resolving system data issues

**Key Skills, Requirements, and Competencies**

To succeed in this role, you'll need to demonstrate:

* Good customer service behaviors
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to work and communicate confidently within a multicultural environment and with all levels of the organization
* Ability to input a large volume of data accurately, with meticulous attention to detail and ensuring timely completion
* Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
* Effective communication skills
* Sufficient relevant experience working within an operational service delivery role
* IT literacy with knowledge of using all Windows-based packages (Word, Excel, Outlook)
