**Key Responsibilities:**

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the seamless transition of clients to our new application system. Your key responsibilities will include:

* Executing data entry tasks efficiently while maintaining high accuracy (minimum typing speed of 40 WPM required)
* Assisting in the manual setup of organizations and user credentials during the migration to a new platform
* Supporting end-users by establishing organization and user profiles
* Collaborating with team members to facilitate seamless transitions for clients to the new application system
* Working flexible shifts as per project requirements, with options including 8 AM-5 PM, 9 AM-6 PM, 10 AM-7 PM, or 11 AM-8 PM (EST)

**Required Skills:**

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

* **Typing Proficiency:** Fast and accurate typing abilities (over 40 WPM)
* **Language Skills:** Strong command of English; bilingual in English and Spanish is advantageous
* **Technical Skills:** Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
* **Communication Skills:** Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to engage directly with end-users
* **Experience:** Previous helpdesk or Tier 1 triage experience is a plus but not mandatory
