**Key Responsibilities**

As a Data Entry Support Specialist, you'll play a critical role in supporting the development and maintenance of arenaflex's GIS infrastructure. Your key responsibilities will include:

* **Data Entry and Management**: Accurately and efficiently enter, edit, and manage GIS feature data, both in a geodatabase environment and on the cloud.
* **Cartographic Design**: Create high-quality maps and visualizations using Esri software, including ArcGIS Pro and ArcGIS Online.
* **GIS Analysis and Development**: Apply geospatial analysis methods and ESRI GIS applications development to support arenaflex's data-driven initiatives.
* **Communication and Collaboration**: Work effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery and high-quality results.
* **Technical Support**: Provide technical support and training to arenaflex staff on GIS-related tools and applications.

**Essential Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

* **Bachelor's Degree in Geography, Earth Science, Data Science, or a related field**: A degree in a relevant field, such as GIS, geography, or data science, is essential for this role.
* **2+ Years of Relevant Work Experience**: You'll need at least 2 years of experience in a related field, such as GIS, data management, or cartographic design.
* **Proficiency in Esri Software**: You'll need to be proficient in Esri software, including ArcGIS Pro and ArcGIS Online.
* **Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications**: You'll need to have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook.
* **Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills**: You'll need to have excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**

While not essential, the following qualifications would be highly desirable:

* **Working Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Avenza MAPublisher**: Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and Avenza MAPublisher would be an asset in this role.
* **Working Knowledge of Arcade and/or JavaScript Programming**: Familiarity with Arcade and/or JavaScript programming for GIS applications and API's integration would be highly valued.
