**Job Summary**

We're seeking an experienced Data Entry Technician to join our Customs Brokerage team on a part-time basis (15-20 hours per week). As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely data entry into our operating system, while providing exceptional customer service to our clients. If you're a detail-oriented, self-motivated individual with a passion for logistics and supply chain management, we want to hear from you!

**Key Responsibilities**

* Ensure accurate and timely data entry into our operating system
* Understand and identify customs documentation
* Transpose customs declaration information from documents into the customs entry system to allow for the build of a valid customs declaration
* Verify documents received for Import customs purposes are compliant and correct
* Provide excellent customer service building and maintaining strong relationships both internally and externally
* Ensure compliance at all times to regulations
* Daily execution of workflow and department metrics

**Essential Qualifications**

* Associates or Bachelors Degree
* Effective interpersonal skills- including proven abilities to listen, comprehend, and to communicate clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing
* Strong organizational and prioritization skills are critical
* Proficient computer skills- solid data entry with high accuracy rate, email, internet, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
* Growth mindset, eager to learn and develop your skills
* Desire for a career in supply chain/logistics

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Previous experience in customs brokerage or a related field
* Familiarity with customs regulations and procedures
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
