**Job Summary**

We're seeking an experienced Data Entry Technician to join our Customs Brokerage team on a part-time basis (15-20 hours per week). As a Data Entry Technician, you'll be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely data entry into our operating system, understanding and identifying customs documentation, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. **Key Responsibilities**

As a Data Entry Technician at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

* Ensuring accurate and timely data entry into our operating system
* Understanding and identifying customs documentation
* Transposing customs declaration information from documents into the customs entry system to allow for the build of a valid customs declaration
* Verifying documents received for Import customs purposes are compliant and correct
* Providing excellent customer service building and maintaining strong relationships both internally and externally
* Ensuring compliance at all times to regulations
* Daily execution of workflow and department metrics

**Qualifications**

To be successful as a Data Entry Technician at arenaflex, you'll need:

* An Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in a related field (e.g., logistics, supply chain management, business administration)
* Effective interpersonal skills, including proven abilities to listen, comprehend, and communicate clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing
* Strong organizational and prioritization skills are critical
* Proficient computer skills, including solid data entry with a high accuracy rate, email, internet, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
* A growth mindset, eager to learn and develop your skills
* A desire for a career in supply chain/logistics
