**Key Responsibilities**

As a Data Entry/Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

* Entering data into various systems and databases with precision and speed, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our records.
* Performing data collection tasks, such as reviewing documents, spreadsheets, and reports, to extract and analyze data.
* Organizing and categorizing data for easy retrieval and analysis, using pivot tables and other data analysis tools to extract and present data in a meaningful way.
* Transcribing audio files, documents, or other written materials into digital format, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring that data is accurate and consistent, and identifying and addressing data discrepancies.
* Performing administrative tasks, such as filing, scanning, and printing documents, to support the efficient operation of our team.
* Collaborating with other team members to ensure efficient and accurate data entry, and meeting and exceeding productivity and quality standards.

**Essential Qualifications**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

* Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently, with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
* Proficiency in computer systems and data entry software, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
* Excellent administrative skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Experience with data collection, data analysis, and data entry, with a strong understanding of data management principles.
* Strong typing skills, with a minimum of 40 words per minute, and the ability to transcribe written materials accurately and efficiently.
* Familiarity with pivot tables and other data analysis tools, such as Excel and Google Analytics.
* High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate's degree in a related field, such as business administration or computer science, is preferred.

**Preferred Qualifications**

While not required, the following qualifications would be advantageous:

* Experience in a similar role or industry, with a strong understanding of data management principles and customer service best practices.
* Certification in data entry or customer service, such as Certified Data Entry Specialist (CDES) or Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR).
