**Key Responsibilities**
* Design and implement data ingestion solutions to drive business insights and decision-making
* Develop and maintain data quality standards and governance strategies to ensure data accuracy and integrity

* Ensure that the design stage fully supports the needs of the broader analytics engineering team

**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited institution
* 2+ years of experience in data/analytics engineering in a private, public, government, or military setting

* Experience with coordination tools like IICS, Wind current, Oozie, or DBt for workflow management
* Familiarity with big data technologies and distributed computing systems
* Strong critical thinking skills and ability to work with large and complex data sets

* Master's degree or higher in a relevant field
* Experience with data warehousing, ETL, and data governance
