<li><span>Communicate clearly and respectfully to build trust and rapport.</span></li>
<li><span>Use ethical, effective, and friendly negotiation techniques.</span></li>

<li><span><strong>First 4 weeks:</strong> Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.</span></li>
<li><span><strong>After 4 weeks:</strong> Choose your own schedule between 7:00 AM - 8:00 PM, Monday-Friday. (40 hours per week required)</span></li>
