About the Role: Digital Communication Representative - LiveChat Agent

We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic individual to join our marketing team as a Digital Communication Representative (LiveChat Agent). As a LiveChat Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our website visitors, engaging with them in real-time to validate and prequalify leads. This is a remote, full-time position, with a preference for candidates located near our branch offices in Calgary, Alberta, or Dallas-Fort Worth, Texas. Key Responsibilities:

• Engage in real-time live chat with customers visiting our websites, providing timely and informative responses to their inquiries
• Enter marketing qualified leads into our Salesforce.com platform, ensuring seamless transition to our sales team
• Develop a deep understanding of our products and services, staying up-to-date on features, promotions, and FAQs to provide accurate and helpful information to customers
• Create canned responses and enhance our tagging system in the live chat platform to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction

Essential Qualifications:
