**Key Responsibilities**

As a Director of Chance Administration, you'll be responsible for:

* Investigating and analyzing complex data sets to identify trends and patterns that inform business decisions
* Developing and implementing risk management strategies and business processes that drive growth and improvement
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and execute innovative solutions that meet the needs of our clients
* Identifying and assessing new data sources and technologies to enhance our products and services
* Utilizing industry best practices and internal standards to drive continuous improvement in risk management and business processes
* Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams

**Essential Qualifications**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

* A graduate degree in a relevant field, such as finance, mathematics, economics, or business administration
* At least 1 year of experience in risk management, data analysis, and business process improvement
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and develop actionable insights
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical, business, and non-technical stakeholders
* Experience with data analysis tools, such as MS Excel, Data Bricks, Python, R, SAS, SQL, and Unix
* Strong project management skills, with the ability to drive multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously

**Preferred Qualifications**

While not required, the following qualifications would be a plus:

* Experience with cloud-based applications and web development technologies
* Familiarity with agile development methodologies and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines
* Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards, such as GDPR and HIPAA
* Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
* Strong understanding of business process improvement methodologies, such as Six Sigma or Lean
