**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Director of Data Analytics to lead our data analytics efforts and drive business growth through data-driven decision making. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing data analytics strategies, leading a team of analysts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes. **Key Responsibilities**
* Develop and implement data analytics strategies to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
* Lead a team of analysts to design, develop, and maintain data pipelines, dashboards, and reports
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop data-driven solutions
* Analyze complex business problems and develop recommendations to drive business outcomes
* Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure business success
* Communicate data insights and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders

**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., mathematics, statistics, computer science)
* 5+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related field
* Proven track record of leading data analytics teams and driving business outcomes
* Strong understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and data visualization
* Experience with data analytics tools and technologies (e.g., SQL, Python, Hive, Looker)
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
