**Responsibilities**

As a Distribution Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

* Interacting with customers in a professional and courteous manner, responding to inquiries, and resolving complaints in a timely and effective manner
* Processing and inputting customer orders, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
* Producing stock reports to check for product availability and ensuring timely delivery
* Coordinating special and last-minute shipping requests with the Traffic and Operations Departments, expediting orders as necessary
* Providing follow-up with other departments to ensure service standards are being met
* Assuring proper invoicing of accounts by verifying computer-generated invoices
* Preparing shipping and tracing information to customers as required
* Maintaining damage records and back-order logs
* Communicating customer feedback to management, including any signs of dissatisfaction
* Acting as a liaison between the warehouse and the customer in administration of accounts and between the office and customers regarding invoicing and credit changes
* Overseeing all paperwork associated with orders and maintaining corresponding files
* Maintaining current and accurate procedure manuals, detailing processing requirements for each account

**Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

* A high school diploma or equivalent
* Strong computer knowledge, including MS Office applications
* Basic typing skills and familiarity with 10-key
* Experience with shipping software systems, including UPS and Federal Express
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Excellent customer service skills
* Ability to work in varying facility conditions
* Ability and availability to work irregular or extended hours, including nights, weekends, and potentially holidays as needed

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Previous experience in a customer service or distribution role
* Familiarity with arenaflex's systems and processes
* Certification in customer service or a related field
