**Job Summary**

We're seeking an experienced Driver Onboarding Specialist/Data Entry Clerk to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you'll play a critical role in onboarding new drivers, ensuring their applications are processed efficiently, and providing exceptional customer service. **Responsibilities**

As a Driver Onboarding Specialist/Data Entry Clerk, you'll be responsible for:

* Reviewing applications, insurance documents, and vehicle registration documents for accuracy and eligibility
* Conducting virtual vehicle safety inspections with qualified driver-applicants (training provided)
* Communicating with delivery professionals via text, chat, and email about the status of their applications
* Ordering driver applicants' pre-employment background checks using company software
* Maintaining accurate records and data entry
* Providing exceptional customer service and support to our drivers
* Working collaboratively with our operations team to ensure seamless onboarding processes

**Experience**

While we don't require specific experience in recruiting/onboarding gig app workers or data entry, HR, or customer service, we do look for candidates with:

* Associate's degree or above (preferred, but not required)
* 1-2 years of experience in a business environment (preferred, not required)
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
* Excellent communication skills and ability to handle multiple tasks
* Comfortable with smartphone applications and web-based applications
