Job Summary: E-Commerce Support Specialist
We're seeking an experienced E-Commerce Support Specialist to work closely with our brand partners and customers to achieve their Amazon and e-commerce PPC goals. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the execution and daily optimization of digital marketing campaigns, planning launches, and making adjustments to exceed targets. You will collaborate with brand partners and customers to understand their needs and objectives, proactively communicate campaign progress, provide insights, and align strategies with evolving business goals. Key Responsibilities:
- Learn and apply Amazon selling philosophies to optimize budgets and spend for brand partners and clients
- Analyze and manage pay-per-click campaign performance to achieve exceptional results
- Work closely with managed accounts and internal teams to achieve goals and drive business growth
- Assist the marketing and support team with other brand partner and customer needs, providing exceptional customer service and support
- Collaborate with the product team to identify growth opportunities and propose strategic initiatives
- Foster strong client relationships through regular communication, understanding business needs, and ensuring alignment with long-term objectives
- Serve as a point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging e-commerce and Amazon advertising practices to provide proactive advice and solutions
Essential Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Behavioral Psychology, or a related field
- Experience and success with PPC campaigns and/or software-as-a-service marketing technology platforms
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
- A passion for software, business development, and technology, with a keen interest in e-commerce and digital marketing
- Previous experience selling on Amazon or other e-commerce platforms is a plus, but not required
Preferred Qualifications:
While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable:
- Experience in a SaaS environment, with a strong understanding of software-as-a-service marketing technology platforms
- Proficiency in using data analytics tools and platforms, such as Microsoft Excel, to analyze and interpret complex data sets
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and support
