Job Overview
The E-File Specialist plays a vital role in reviewing and filing legal documents utilizing our online platforms and tools. As a key member of our e-Fulfillment and e-Filing team, you will collaborate on projects, resolve issues as they arise, and work towards meeting common goals. Key Responsibilities
- Review and file legal documents using internal systems and email, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
- Participate in ongoing training to expand your knowledge of the industry and our processes, staying up-to-date with the latest developments and best practices
- Investigate discrepancies as they arise, using your analytical skills to resolve issues efficiently and effectively
- Complete additional projects as assigned, demonstrating your flexibility and willingness to take on new challenges
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- No experience is necessary, but data entry experience is a plus, and tech experience is strongly preferred
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently
- High school diploma or GED required, demonstrating your commitment to education and personal development
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy, maintaining a high level of attention to detail
- Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring that all work is completed to a high standard
- Desire and ability to be a team player, collaborating with colleagues to achieve common goals
- Experience and basic proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Typing speed of at least 50 to 60 wpm, enabling you to work efficiently and effectively

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
As an E-File Specialist with arenaflex, you will be eligible for a range of benefits, including:
